Nebojša Lujanović

Nebojša Lujanović was born in 1981 in Novi Travnik, Bosnia and Herzegovina. He is a writer, scholar and marathon runner. He lives in Split and works as a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. Lujanović graduated in political sciences, sociology and comparative literature, and obtained a PhD in literary theory. His research papers have been published in Croatian and international literary and professional journals. Lujanović published one collection of stories, S pogrebnom povorkom nizbrdo (With the Funeral Procession Down the Hill, 2008), and four novels: Stakleno oko (Glass Eye, 2007), Godina svinje (The Year of the Pig, 2010), Orgulje iz Waldsassena (The Organ of Waldsassen, 2011) and Oblak boje kože (Skin-coloured Cloud, 2015). During the studies he was an amateur rower, and after the graduation he started running marathons. In the near future he plans to publish his new novel and run his fifth marathon.
